Introduction

Official records of key battles fought by elements of the 1st Battalion, 50th Infantry (Mechanized) may be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat *.pdf format below. These typically take the form of after-action reports, although eye-witness accounts are most welcome. To download these Adobe Acrobat Format files, first click on the appropriate link for the document you are interested in. The file will automatically open, download to, and be viewable in your Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can then save the file to your computer using the appropriate key from your reader.

Personal accounts (war stories) that provide a factual accounting of key battles are also included. These articles may also be referenced on the War Stories pages.
