Walter "Pollock" Podraza served with the 2nd Platoon of "C" Company, Training with the unit at Fort Hood, Texas, and crossing with the Battalion on the USS Pope...completing his tour in late August of 1968. Walt now lives in Punta Gorda, Florida.
