Dec. 6th started the battle of Tam Quan. D company was at LZ Engish some doing ambush and some bridge guard . D company went into the battle Dec. 7th . Dec 10th heavy weapons lost two men KIA William Peter Farrell from NY and James Earl Wight from AL. 2nd plt lost Melvin Dewayne Sodonsky Ok . and on Dec 16th heavy weapons lost Harley Roy Standridge OK .
