New scam...

"We wish everyone a Happy New Year and we hope it is going to be our best year yet! We are happy to flourish you latest details about the club. You will find in this attachment the New Club update, Financial Information that we didn't get to send out last year. Also in there you will find Upcoming events dates, old event pictures and important updates from our Directors. We are sending this securely to avoid other people from intercepting our messages. We hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

You should know...poor grammar aside...that no Association officer would EVER send a note like this with an attachment. Attachments disguised as .pdf format often contain hacking code or a computer virus. NEVER open such an attachment.
IF you ever have reason to send someone an attachment, you should call them first and advise them of what is being sent.
